Follow these steps to complete the tutorial:

Open Outlook Express and go to the top menu and select tools. Next select accounts then add mail.

Type the name you would like displayed when others recieve email from you.

Next: type you email address.

Next: Choose pop3 as the server type. Enter you incoming and outgoing mail servers. This will be mail.yourdomain.com.

Next: enter your account login information. Your user name will be your email account.
Check remember password if you do not want to type each time you check your mail.

Next: Click finished. There is one more step you must go back to tools > accounts then properties for the account you just created.
Click on the server tab and put a check in the box that says "My server requires authentication" under Outgoing Mail Server..

You are now finished setting up your email account in Outlook Express.
